Possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods. The postage costs for the return are borne by the buyer.
Returns are processed within 2-3 working days
The credit will be 100% / postage costs will not be refunded.
If you cancel a purchase via credit card/PayPal, we unfortunately have to charge a 3% chargeback fee.

The buyer is responsible for the postage costs for the return shipment.
Returns are processed within 2-5 business days.
The credit will be 80% of the purchase price / postage costs will not be refunded.
