Karaca PowerSteel Nikko 8-piece cooking pot set made of steel 316 New
This cookware set is made of high-quality 316 steel with heat transfer through copper. It contains the element molybdenum, which contributes to the strength and durability of the PowerSteel series. Molybdenum is also used in the marine and aerospace industries as a rust and corrosion inhibitor.
Characteristics:
The 316 stainless steels are characterized by their additional corrosion resistance, which is achieved through the use of molybdenum. Our Power Steel products contain 18/12 carbon, nickel and 2 molybdenum. Grade 316 steels are more temperature resistant than grade 304. The chromium and nickel content is indicated by the 18/12 ratio, with higher ratios having greater corrosion resistance. Our Powersteel product group comes with a 50-year guarantee and is suitable for induction cookers.
