Cancellation policy

Regular orders

Regular orders for items in stock become binding once the order has been confirmed. Any cancellation before processing or dispatch requires the prior approval of Evim GmbH.

After the item has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are binding once the order has been confirmed. Any cancellation requires the prior approval of Evim GmbH.

In the event of an approved cancellation of a pre-order, a processing and administrative fee amounting to 20 % of the order value will be charged. Payment, transaction and processing fees actually incurred and not refunded may also be deducted.

After the item has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
