1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop www.evim.ch operated by Evim GmbH.

Deliveries are made within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. By placing an order, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Offers and prices

All offers are non-binding. Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including statutory VAT but excluding any applicable delivery costs.

The price displayed at the time of the order is decisive. Errors relating to prices, product descriptions or availability remain reserved.

3. Conclusion of contract

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a sales contract. The contract is concluded when Evim confirms the order or dispatches the goods.

Evim may reject orders in the event of shortages, price errors, unavailability or for other objective reasons. Amounts already paid will be refunded in such cases.

4. Pre-orders

Products that are temporarily unavailable may be ordered in advance. The expected delivery time is generally up to 14 working days, unless a different delivery period is stated in the product description.

Pre-orders are binding once the order has been placed. Cancellation is only possible with the prior approval of Evim GmbH.

In the event of an approved cancellation, a processing and administrative fee amounting to 20 % of the order value will be charged. Payment, transaction and processing fees actually incurred and not refunded may also be deducted.

5. Delivery and shipping

Deliveries are made within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Standard shipping is carried out by Swiss Post.

For particularly heavy items weighing more than 30 kg or for fragile and sensitive products, delivery may be carried out personally by the Evim team by prior agreement. The delivery date will be agreed with the customer.

Delivery times are indicative unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Payment

Payments are made in Swiss francs using the payment methods available in the online shop.

  • Visa and Mastercard via PostFinance;
  • PostFinance Pay;
  • TWINT;
  • PayPal;
  • payment by invoice via POWERPAY / MF Group.

PayPal payments are processed directly through PayPal. Available payment methods may vary depending on the order and the result of any checks.

Payment by invoice with POWERPAY

The invoice is issued by POWERPAY / MF Group. The customer, invoice and transaction data required for verification and processing may be transferred to the payment service providers involved.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Evim GmbH until full payment has been received.

8. Inspection and complaints

The customer must inspect the goods promptly after receipt, in particular for visible damage and completeness.

Visible defects or transport damage should be reported, where possible, within 5 calendar days to info@evim.ch.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights are governed by the applicable legal provisions.

The two-year warranty applies exclusively to electronic products, including products from Karaca, Arzum, Korkmaz and comparable brands.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect care, normal wear and tear, moisture, incorrect installation or interventions by third parties.

Electronic products

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, electronic products are supplied in the German version and with a two-pin European plug. The information in the respective product description is decisive.

10. Voluntary returns as a goodwill service

Customers may return items within 14 calendar days after receipt. This return option is a voluntary goodwill service.

10.1 Unopened items

  • return possible within 14 days;
  • unused and in the original packaging;
  • return shipping costs are paid by the customer;
  • 100 % refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs;
  • returns are processed within 2 to 3 working days;
  • a 3 % chargeback fee may be deducted for refunds made by credit card or PayPal.

10.2 Opened items without signs of use

  • return possible within 14 days;
  • item must be complete, clean and undamaged;
  • no signs of use;
  • return shipping costs are paid by the customer;
  • 80 % refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs;
  • returns are processed within 2 to 5 working days;
  • a 3 % chargeback fee may be deducted for refunds made by credit card or PayPal.

10.3 No return is accepted for

  • opened hygiene items and personal care products;
  • individually manufactured or personalised products;
  • wedding products and accessories;
  • used, damaged or incomplete items;
  • items showing signs of use;
  • damaged or incomplete original packaging.

11. Returns

Returns must be announced in advance by e-mail to info@evim.ch.

Returns are made at the customer’s expense and responsibility. The goods must be packaged securely for transport. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

12. Transport damage

Transport damage must be reported as soon as possible after delivery. Photos of the damaged goods and packaging may be requested.

After reviewing the damage, Evim may, where possible, offer a replacement, repair, credit note or refund.

13. Data protection

Evim processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

14. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Evim GmbH in Reinach AG, subject to mandatory legal jurisdictions.
